Talking About the Development Status of Home and Abroad Jaw Crusher

With the economic development, the types and specifications of crushers are continuously upgrading, such as jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, etc. However, because of the technical gap or some other reasons, the development status of home and abroad crushers is not quite the same. This article takes the compound pendulum jaw crusher as an example to explain the development status of home and abroad crushers.

At first, in terms of the product varieties and specifications, the compound pendulum jaw crusher calibrates the specifications of machines by the length and width of the feed port. Basically, domestic manufacturers have produced about 8 specifications of coarse crushing products according to industrial standards while the international major manufacturers have more specifications. At present, China mainly lacks large-sized varieties that the feed port is above 750×1060mm while the foreign countries have full range of large-sized equipment.

Secondly, from the performance of products, the main technical parameters of compound pendulum jaw crusher allow feed size and processing capacity maximally. Due to the different design, the same specification compound pendulum jaw crusher has different maximum permissible fed size. The width of the feed port of China's crusher are calculated through the distance between the fixed bottom tooth and the flexible tooth top while foreign countries are calculated through the distance between the fixed tooth plate and flexible tooth plate.

Lastly, considering the design and manufacturing technology of products, foreign countries adopt more advanced theories, such as bidirectional nip angle of crushing chamber, reducing the transmission angle and eccentricity, short brackets, big swing angle and so on. However, China adopts little advanced theories. Thus, the service life and reliability are not as good as foreign countries.

All in all, the gaps in these aspects make China and foreign countries have many gaps in crusher industry. But, we believe these gaps will gradually reduce with the increase of China's scientific and technological level.
