2. The composition of material: the large amount of fine powder in to-be-crushed material have effects on sand making process. This fine powder will influence the conveying due to its adhesion. 3. The granularity of material crushed by jaw crusher: the higher the granularity requirements, namely the material after sand making is finer, while the smaller sand making ability will be. This aspect is up to concrete requirements (if there is no special requirement) the granularity of material is generally mediumly fine.

4. The humidity of material: when the material contains more water, the sand making capacity will be reduced because the materials are easy to adhere to the impact sand maker and bring about blocking problems in the conveying process. As for these problems, the humidity of material should be strictly controlled in the material selection. If the humidity of material is excessively large, sunlight or air drying method can be adopted to deduce the percentage of water in material.
