The Innovative Design Concept of Hongxing Compound Crusher

Compound crusher is one of the universal equipment in sand production line and stone crushing line. Compound crusher is a new kind of fine and coarse grinding machine, which is developed based on the similar crushing technology in domestic and foreign market as well as the optimization of main technical parameters. It is mainly used for crushing cement and clinker in small cement plants, which is an ideal minor crushing machine for the technological transformation of new cement production line in cement plant. In addition, compound crusher is also applicable to iron ore, sandstone, gypsum, blast furnace slag, coal and other hard ores.

Compound crusher has large crushing ratio, which can reach 15 ~ 20mm. The particle size can be adjusted freely without being affected by the wear of plate hammer and liner; it has no screen settings and no clogging phenomena when crushing materials with high water content and large amount of mud; it adopts elastic adjusting device, which can automatically discharge the materials which cannot be crushed, so that it will not cause the damage to the equipment; the bearing has horizontal layout with long service life, which can crush high temperature material (such as cement clinker); the rotor of compound crusher has unique structure, when crushing materials, the body of the rotor has almost no wear; the back cavity is provided with an opening device or hydraulic screw, so that the wearing parts can be easily replaced without starting the main equipment.
