Five Major Functions of Rotary Kiln in Cement Calcination

Cement clinker production rotary kiln can be divided into wet, semi dry, dry and new dry process rotary kiln. But the basic process of cement clinker calcination is the same, namely the process of clinker formation occurred in the physical and chemical reaction required conditions are the same, but it has adopted different modes of production. The rotary kiln has the following five major functions:

(3) Rotary kiln has heat exchange function. With the uniform temperature distribution in rotary kiln cement clinker formation, it can meet the requirements of all stages in the process of heat transfer, particularly the minerals generation requirements.

(4) Rotary kiln has the function of chemical reaction. The clinker in the process of formation, it happens a series of physical and chemical reaction. The rotary theft can meet different minerals on the formation of heat and temperature requirements, and it can also satisfy the requirements, which is the ideal chemical reactor.

(5) Rotary kiln has the waste degradation function. Because the rotary kiln has high temperature and airflow stagnation and long time thermal field, degradable chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries discharge of toxic, hazardous waste. At the same time, it can be one of the most heavily element curing in clinker. The generation of stable salts can avoid the secondary pollution prone to furnace burning garbage.
