The National Impact Crusher Technology Level Still Lags behind

Hidden personal and equipment safety risks may lurk everywhere. In order to solve such problems to facilitate product maintenance and improve product quality, performance tests which are of great significance should be carried out regularly. At the same time, the tests play an important role in studying product design level, checking product quality level and constantly developing new products. Since impact crusher products are increasingly various, market demand is growing accordingly. People have been studying performance testing methods, striving to improve product quality and extending product service life to avoid causing unnecessary waste of manpower and material resources. But due to the serious work environment disturbance, the limitation of detection methods and other reasons, impact crusher performance testing technology development is relatively slow. So far, seen from the current research situation, performance testing methods or test beds completely meeting the operation requirements of all kinds of crushers are not too many. In this case, impact crusher performance test beds should be faced with more in-depth research in the hope of meeting the market demand and improving product quality. Mass-produced product testing equipment directly used in work sites is particularly rare.

Along with the rapid development and widespread application of computer control technology and electronic technology, worldwide crushing products develop in the direction of large-scale, high efficiency, environment protection, energy conservation, large crushing ratio and automation. The drilling robot by the joint efforts of manufacturers from technology advanced countries can realize full automation and has reached the extent of practicalization. Foreign impact crushers mainly develop in two aspects: environment protection and diversification. The main components of impact crushers by international companies have realized standardization and serialization. The efficiency is higher and the application is wider. According to different needs, users can choose equipment of various assembly types. The product diversification is realized; product design cycle is shortened; the acceleration of product upgrade is quickened.

After rapid development, although the gap between China impact crushers and those abroad has been narrowed, it still exists. The insufficiency is as follows: unreasonable product types and structure, incomplete product varieties, imbalanced development; obsolete structure, poor compatibility, incomplete functions and laggard craft level. The comprehensive technical level of products should be improved; production methods are extremely backward and production efficiency is wretchedly low; low testing level quality has affected product quality; development cycle is long resulting into poor adaptability to market demand. Therefore, our future research and development priorities should be adjusted to remedy the above shortage. More emphasis should be laid on completing product series, optimizing product structure and upgrading processing techniques. The overall technology level should be improved in order to adapt to the market demand all the time.
