Notes of Sand Maker Motor in Installation and Dismantle

Pebble sand maker is able to fulfill the crushing work of all kinds of soft, medium-hard and hard materials such as cobble, pebble, ore and emery and all kinds of stone materials. After the customers buy the pebble sand maker, they need to install the machine; or when the customers dismantle the equipment at ordinary times, the motor is important driving equipment, so that the customers need pay attention to the opeational skills and the mostes. If missoperated, it will cause damage to the machine and even cause harm to the related workers. For this reason, it is necessary to seriously handle the notes of the dismantle and installation operation of the pebble sand maker.

As for the motor with antifriction bearing, the workers should firstly dismantle the outside cover of the bearing, and then loosen the tightening screw of the end cap, and make a mark on the seam crossing of the end cap and the engine base shell (the mark made on the front and back end cap shoud be different). Then the worker should screw the bolt of the tightening end cap dismantled into the two screw hole specially set on the motot end cap in order to push out the end cap. If the motor does not have this kind of screw hole, the worker can only use chisel and iron hammer to hit the seam crossing of the end cap and the engine base in order to dismantle the end cap from the engine base. If the end cap is very heavy, the worker can use hoisting equipmetn to lift up the end cap and gradually dismantle it.

The worker should firstly dismantle the external wiring of the motor of the pebble sand maker and make a mark. For example, for the asynchronous motor, the worker should make a mark correspnding to the three-phase power line; for the continuous current dynamo, the worker should make a mark of the shunting winding and armature winding correspnding to the external wiring. Then loose the footing bolt and separate the motor and transmission machine.

When using the tool to dismantle the belt wheel or coupling on the motor axile of the pebble sand maker, sometimes it needs to add some kerosene in the gap of the motor axile of the blet wheel for easy dismantle. If the axiel and the wheel is tightly connected, it still needs to fast heat the wheel and wrap the rotary axile with a wet cloth then the wheel can be dismantled.
