How to maintain the normal operation of roll crusher

Roll crusher is a time consuming crushing machine. Its major features are: simple structure, compact and convenient body, reliable working, low price, convenient adjustment and little over crushing phenomenon. If you would like to keep the roll crusher working normally, it is necessary to maintain and repair the roll crusher in daily life.

When the roll crusher is working, the material must be evenly and continuously added to the whole roll. That's because that if the material is not evenly fed along the roll, the wear of roll surface is quite easy to be abraded. Finally, the normal working will be affected and the product granularity is uneven.

In addition, when the electromotor is stopped, material feeding work must be stopped firstly. Only if the materials fully fall to the ground, the electromotor can be stopped. As for the routine maintain of roll crusher, we should do as the following points:

(1)Take notice of the fastening condition of each component, if loose, tightening is timely needed.

(2)Check the condition of the discharging port at fixed period. If blocking is found, it should be eliminated.

(3) The oil should be added to the bearing without delay to avoid the oil leaking phenomenon.

(4) Before working, roll crusher must be started in advance. After the rotating speed is normal, material can be fed into the machine.

(5) The temperature of bearing should be controlled because the temperature cannot be higher than the surrounding air.

(6) The excessive load of machine should be avoided, so the operator should notice the electric instrument.
