Some Notes about Using the Dry-type Fine Grinder

Grading equipment in the fine grinding system including: build-in type and external type. As the name suggests, build-in type of grading equipment is in the interior of crusher, for example, there is build-in grading equipment in the air-flow mill. External type grading equipment is located in the exterior of the crusher, connecting with the grinder and forming closed cycle.

According to the different fluid medium, fine grading equipment is made up of dry-type and wet-type. Dry-type grading machine is widely used in the application of fine grinding machine but the wet-type grading machine is hardly applied. The reason is that there are some difficult problems in the wet-type fine grinding, such as waste water treatment, production filtration and dry difficulty.

Dry-type fine grinding machine is composed of centrifugal classification and inertial classification. The most common form of classification of air swirl is: air spin streaming and rotor flow grading machine.

Pay attention to the following four points when using dry-type fine grinding machine in production:

1. Material should be kept in fully decentralized state before classification

2. Acting force in the staging area, action parts are usually as points or line with great acting force.

3. In order to improve the classification precision, it is necessary to better deal with the airflow that can avoid partial whirlpool.

4. The ultrafine particle after classification should be promptly eliminated from the machine and properly collected.
