The Routine Maintenance of Hammer Crusher in Working

Hammer crusher crushes materials by high-speed rotating of hammer. Therefore, the installation of rotation axis and basic axis must be strict, the error is no more than 0.5/1000mm in longitudinal, 0.1/1000mm in axial.

1) The clearance between hammer and grid section can be adjusted through the two eccentric wheels in the underpart of grid section according to the crushing granularity requirements. The requirements for clearance adjustment: when the crushing granularity is 5mm, the clearance can be adjusted to10~15mm; when the crushing granularity is 10mm, the clearance can be adjusted to 15~25mm. The clearance of grid section itself also can be accordingly adjusted with gasket reduction method in certain application according to the crushing granularity requirements.

2) In the utilization process of hammer crusher, the wear condition about the liner plate, hammer and grid section should be regularly checked. If necessary, these parts should be replaced timely. When the hammer abrades, it can continue to use after repairing with hastelloy electrode.

3) The replacement of hammer should be replaced in pairs according to relative position, or else, the unbalance of rotor will happen.

4) The maximum temperature of rotor bearing should not exceed 70℃. If this case happens, it should be check immediately and dealt.

5) If the bearing seat adopts oil lubrication, the bearing should be added lubricating oil after 8 hours' working. The height of oil surface should keep central position.
